To register for the conference, tourist programmes and to make a hotel reservation, please fill in the or the . One form has to be filled in for each delegate.
Registration deadlines and fees:
- Late (from 1 July to 21 September): 450 €
- On-site (after 22 September): 550 €
- One Day Late Registration: 160 €
- Two-Day Late Registration: 300 €
Registration fees for EGEE’07 include:
- Participation in all conference programme;
- Visiting the exhibition;
- Conference materials;
- Lunches;
- Morning and afternoon coffee;
- Welcome Cocktail on Monday, 1 October;
- Gala-Dinner on Wednesday, 3 October.

Hotel Reservation
Conference Tours Ltd has negotiated preferential rates with various hotels in Budapest covering a range of room categories and with transport services available between the venue, the city centre and other places of interest.October is high-season for tourists and conferences in Budapest. We therefore strongly advise you to send your registration as soon as possible to secure your accommodation.
Social events
All the conference delegates are kindly invited to the Welcome Cocktail taking place at the conference venue (Europe Congress Centre - ECC), on 1 October, from 18.30 to 20.30.
The Gala-Dinner will be held on 3 October, on the conference boat “Europa” combined with a “Budapest by night” trip. Please note that if you do not register for the full week, it is possible to buy Gala-Dinner tickets separately when you register.

Payment
All bookings and payments of the registration fee, accommodation and tourist programmes should be made through Conference Tours Ltd. They have negotiated preferential rates at the listed hotels. Please note that these rates are only available if you reserve your hotel through the EGEE 07 registration page or its downloadable registration form. Reservations will be handled on a "first come - first served" basis.
All payments are requested in € except from Hungarian participants. Payment may be made securely using the on-line registration form by credit card or via bank transfer (for bank details see registration form). In case of on-line registration and payment the whole amount should be settled. Please note that participants are required to pay bank charges when paying by bank transfer.
If payment has not been received before the conference and no proof of transfer can be provided, on-site payment will be requested. (This will be refunded as soon as the transferred amount is received.) To cover eventual further charges, cash, checks, and credit cards are also accepted also on the conference site.
Cancellation Policy
A written notification of cancellation must be sent to Conference Tours for effecting the refund of the registration fee as follows:- before 13 July: the paid amount will be returned (except 30 € handling fee and bank charges)
- from 13 July to 10 August: 70% of the paid amount will be returned (except 30 € handling fee and bank charges)
- from 10 August to 21 September: 50% of the paid amount will be returned (except one-night hotel price)
- after 21 September: no refund is possible
Insurance
The Organizing Committee cannot assume responsibility for injuries or losses occurring to persons or personal belongings during the EGEE Conference. Participants are therefore advised to travel with a valid insurance package.
