Following the traditions of previous successful ISPA conferences, ISPA03  (held in Aizu-Wakamatsu City, Japan), ISPA04 (held in Hong Kong), ISPA05  (held in Nanjing, China), the objective of ISPA06 is to provide a forum  for scientists and engineers in academia and industry to exchange and discuss  their experiences, new ideas, research results, and applications about all  aspects of parallel and distributed computing and networking. ISPA'06 will  feature session presentations, workshops, tutorials and keynote speeches.

The Conference invites papers on all aspects of Parallel/Distributed Computing
 and Networking, and their applications. Topics of interest include, but are
