EGRIS-1, the first EELA Grid School, will be held on Itacuruçá island, state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from 14 December to 15 December 2006.
The School aims to create the necessary environment and know-how in Latin America for the porting of new applications to the EELA Grid Infrastructure.
