5th EU-IndiaGrid Workshop

EU-IndiaGrid Workshop on Applications in Computational Biology, 5-9 May 2008, Bhopal, India

Venue: Department of Mathematics & Department of Bioinformatics Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, India

This four-day event will be held at the Department of Mathematics & Department of Bioinformatics Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, India from the 5th to the 9th May 2008.

It aims to offer an outstanding opportunity to give exposure on Indian and European Grid computing initiatives and their potential impact on computational biology and training the participants in the use and in the exploitation of the EU-IndiaGrid infrastructure.

In the light of previous successful workshops, this event will bring together students, Research Scholars, IT key players from Industries and Government organisations with specialisation in Mathematics / Biology / Pharmacy / Chemical Sciences /Computer Science/ Applications/ Engineering to discuss and exchange experience in the field of computational biology.

It will also be a networking and training opportunity that cannot be missed!

The number of participants is limited to 50. Preference will be given on first come, first served basis.
