EGEE USER FORUM

Deadline for the submission of abstracts to the User Forum extended to 14th February 2007!

Due to the several requests to extend the deadline for the submission of abstracts to the User Forum the Programme Committee has agreed an extension to February 14th 2007. Please note that this date will be the absolutely last deadline to take advantage of this opportunity!

People interested in submitting an abstract are cordially invited to send it as soon as possible, since the Programme Committee has already commenced the processing of the abstracts and the creation of the detailed User Forum programme.

The second User Forum will be co-located with the OGF20 meeting in May in Manchester, United Kingdom. (Open Grid Forum) meeting will be held in May 7th-9th and the EGEE User Forum will be held in Manchester May 9th -11th. Registration and local information will be provided soon on the OGF website. This combined event will further strengthen the links between EGEE and the Open Grid Forum, bringing users and standards bodies together to ensure that the future of the Grid is complemented by the establishment of key standards.
