Second EchoGrid fellowship call launched today.

EchoGRID announces its 2nd Fellowship Call Today as part of its fellowship programme to encourage the exchange of personnel across countries and institutions.

The EC-funded EchoGRID project - European and Chinese Co-operation on Grid - is co-ordinated by ERCIM and partnered by EU and Chinese businesses and high-profile research institutions.

The Fellowship Programme is directly inspired by the ERCIM fellowship system and offers high-profile fellows the opportunity to spend 6-9 months in a European or Chinese institute.

Young researchers are to be hosted at a partner facility through the EchoGRID project to closely interact with major researchers and leading industrial communities. Successful fellows will participate in regular in house discussions and seminars and will contribute to the EchoGRID effort to promote scientific and industrial activities and exchanges across Europe and China.
