Description:

TID has been created by Telefonica S.A. to fulfil its research and development requirements and to contribute to telefonica Group’s competitiveness through technological innovation. TID participates in several Grid projects. TID is developing automation tools for Grid infrastructure management, in part through a collaboration agreement with PIC as an non-contracting partner in the EGEE project. SA1: Oversight and management of operational problems, particularly adaptation and deployment of expert systems for operational management of Grid infrastructure.
