UCY Coordinator of Cyprus Grid (CyGrid). Focus on local Grid operation and support centre for Cyprus in cooperation with GRNET which coordinates the ROC. Local support for training and dissemination activities. SA1: Grid support centre for Cyprus. Responsible for resource induction, operation and user support in Cyprus. Contributing to running the essential Grid services for the region and VOs, and to Grid operations management. Responsible for interacting with GRNET and the other SEE partners for the smooth operation of the distributed ROC. Will provide the necessary operational and statistical information for the deliverables. SA3: Provide interactive tools for testing and problem resolution. Contribute and facilitate resources for the setup of a test bed for testing the middleware. NA2: Identify target user communities and applications relevant to the region. Provide dissemination and outreach activities. NA3: Provide a series of training sessions in Cyprus to a series of user groups. Interaction with the other training teams for feedback.
